What are your order and payment terms?

We accept credit or debit cards and Paypal (account registration is not necessary) and all prices stated are in UK pounds sterling. 

Orders can be made through our website or over the phone.  Shipping is automatically calculated through checkout via weight so you will have the most competitive rate on your order. 

We currently post throughout the UK, however certain delivery addresses may incur additional costs. Delivery to the EU is possible - please contact us for details.  We aim to despatch your order by the next 1-2 working days via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated, however please allow up to 28 days on all out of stock items.  This is not a guaranteed service so please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.  If delivery is likely to be delayed beyond this period, we will contact you giving you the option to cancel.  

How do I choose the perfect sized harness?

We want to ensure you are not disappointed when you receive your harness for your dog.  Therefore we have a sizing chart to follow.  The measurements are as precise as possible but of course, they are approximate.

When measuring, you want to make sure you are able to comfortably place your fingers between your dog's neck and the tape measure so it is not tight.  Chest measurements should be taken so it is not restrictive.

Can I return an item?

At 'The Flashing Dog' we want you to be happy with your order, however if you are not 100% satisfied then we offer a '7 working day' returns policy.  

Please email with order details and we will process this for you.  All returns must be received in original packaging, in an unused condition and sender to pay all return costs.  We are unable to refund the original delivery charges and transaction fees will need to be recovered.  

In the event of your order being damaged or faulty on time of delivery, please contact us within 7 working days and we will aim to replace or refund your order, excluding delivery costs.  

If you have a fault or issue with your LED item, please contact us via email or by phone to chat through the problem.  You may be asked to return the item for assessment and if a fault is found, a replacement/refund will be given.  However if no fault is found, then all return costs must be paid by the purchaser.
